Cobblestone wall scan to pbr study

A small practice piece I did a few months ago to test a Polycam-to-game-ready workflow.

As a side note, I have to say that I'm really impressed by the texture quality this app is able to achieve. The geometry isn’t as accurate as what you can get from desktop software, but that’s a limitation you can overcome by exporting the raw images and generating a higher-accuracy mesh on desktop photogrammetry tools.

Looking back at this and other similar captures I've created with Polycam, I genuinely think it's a great and fast tool for explorers and curious people like me who love turning real-world objects into 3D data.
